At FASIT we believe that a well-prepared candidate has considerably more chance of securing a role than a candidate that does not prepare thoroughly for an interview. A good recruitment consultancy should always be able to advise you on how to prepare and give you information that would not be available from any other source, including:
Personality of interviewer |
Style of interview |
Duration of interview |
Typical questions |
Objectives/focus of the interviewer |
Whether there are any technical
or personality tests |
This information is vital to your success and can only be gained through a preferred recruitment partner who has great working relations with the client. Our consultants at FASIT have extensive knowledge of our clients and their requirements. Use our knowledge to help you.
